Lauretta and Sharon are sisters with a passion for healthy plant based food without being hippy dippy tree huggers.
Sharon was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease just before her son was born over 5 years ago. She was covered from head to toe in a chronic rash and at times was wheel chair bound.

I absolutely love this place - so easy to get to from London but always feels like you're properly away from it all. Always really lovely healthy, tasty food and I spent most of my time feeling inspired, relaxed or laughing... or usually all three!
Perfect antidote when experiencing a bit of life burn out. Absolute highlights for me were the best night's sleep I'd had in months, country walks and the simple but blissful pleasure of sitting in front of a log fire.
The smoothies, juices and meals prepared by Lauretta were delicious. They are so knowledgeable about healthy living I really enjoyed the many chats we all had - they don't preach, they are simply so passionate about this subject.
Warm and funny hosts and seriously good juices. Great place to start a gentle detox. I learnt a lot about food prep to practise at home. Definitely the kickstart I needed! Highly recommended.
I really shouldn't have worried at all everyone was absolutely beautiful and welcoming and Sharon and Loretta were both just lovely hosts food was just gorgeous , also had some lovely treatments.
